Cancer: A QUick Guide

Hmm. That’s something to think about.

Especially in regards to CANCER, which rates seem to be rapidly 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 the past couple years. Especially these aggressive, rare & rapid “turbo cancers”...& in 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘳 people.⁣⁣

Cancer is a cell mutation, and we have cell mutations 𝘋𝘈𝘐𝘓𝘠. What keeps those rogue cells in check is our IMMUNE SYSTEM, specifically our innate:⁣

Killer T Cells⁣

Toll Like Receptors

P53 Gene⁣

These patrol our body daily & like little soldiers, attack what isn't right or is foreign, keeping our body balanced and cancer-free. ⁣

But, when our immune system is 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘦𝘥, these abnormal cells go “unchecked” by our soldiers and grow into tumors.⁣

“𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻'𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗖𝗨𝗥𝗘 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿?!” ⁣

We should be asking, “𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗲 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙘𝙚”? ⁣

Building a 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 is one promising way. Another way is to 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗼𝘅𝗶𝗰 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝘀 & 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘃𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀 that cause our cells to MUTATE.⁣

Heavy metals, toxic chemical exposure and a weakened immune system create an environment for cancer to thrive.⁣

I'm not going to get into the thousands of everyday products deemed safe by our very own FDA that are loaded with toxic chemicals & heavy metals that destroy our immunity. ⁣

𝘈𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘵𝘰𝘥𝘢𝘺. ⁣

Know that many food additives in US food are 𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙙 in most other countries. ⁣

Same with beauty products, health products, medications, injections and even household items. ⁣

These products destroy our immunity, can cause our cells to mutate and some create an environment for cancer to thrive. 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗯𝘆 𝟭𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗰𝘂𝘁𝘀.⁣

Yes, genetics play a role but a suppressed immune system and toxic chemical exposure can exacerbate that predisposition. Most families are also generally exposed to the exact same food, product & environment.⁣

Not being a downer, but instead, look at me as if I'm throwing you a life raft. ⁣

⁣

Look, we can't AVOID everything. We’d go crazy trying & mental health matters, too.⁣

⁣

But know that you CAN DO SIMPLE SWAPS to reduce your exposure & improve your immunity. ⁣
