Twelve months, $5,000 and many study hours LATER and I can FINALLY cross this baby OFF my big list 2013 of goals! Nutritional science has always been an interest of mine, as far back as I can remember. This certification surely wasnt a necessity for Beachbody, but it was for my own educational development, diversity and interest. If I am able to TEACH others just a small fraction of what I've learned to help them understand & question food labels, have more energy, fuel their body better and live healthier then I am rewarded by helping improve someones quality of life.
